P3 DEVELOPMENT EFFORT DELIVERS INNOVATIVE STUDENT HOUSING COMPLEX  FOR FAMU IN RECORD TIME AND UNDER BUDGET

Tallahassee, Florida  –On September 30th, Florida A&M University (FAMU), the University leadership, State officials, FINFROCK, and Construct Two Construction Managers, Inc. (CTG) cut the ribbon on a state-of-the-art, forward-thinking student housing complex in Tallahassee, Florida. Attached for your review and coverage are the details of the event.

FAMU President Larry Robinson was quoted as saying that this collaborative public private partnership allowed for new student housing that would “pave the way for the university to provide students with state-of-the-art living and learning space.”

With the need for student housing that is high quality, yet affordable, and provides students with safety, CTG and FINFOCK worked together to deliver a solution for FAMU that allowed them to affordably provide an innovative student housing option for their students, while simultaneously assisting in the advancement of Tallahassee’s South Downtown and adjacent neighborhoods.

CTG, working with the University, is positioning the future phases of the project through the current pandemic landscape which will build upon the success of this first phase of the Main Street Corridor Project.
