RedVector launches Engineering Training Certification Program for Professional Development

Tampa, Fla. — RedVector, a provider of eLearning and workforce training solutions for the architecture, engineering, construction (AEC), industrial and facility management industries, launched a professional development training program to further the careers of architects, engineers, contractors, project managers and other AEC professionals. The AEC Success Certification Program was designed to help firms recruit and retain top talent.

Comprised of six interactive video courses delivered by Christian J. Knutson, P.E., PMP, and Anthony Fasano, P.E., the RedVector AEC Success Certification Program provides in-depth training for career advancement. Courses cover soft skills training topics such as business development, sales, decision making, time management/billable hours, communication, networking and more.

Engineers, designers, project managers and other AEC professionals who successfully complete the program will be awarded an official RedVector AEC Success certificate of completion, which can be proudly displayed in the workplace, documented on resumes and even utilized in a firm’s marketing collateral.

“Too often, a firm’s design and construction projects fail due to communication or time management issues, not technical challenges,” said Bobby Person, RedVector Product Director. “We wanted to create a program that catered to the technical professionals in the AEC space, but focused chiefly on developing these types of leadership qualities.”

This series is presented by Christian J. Knutson, P.E., PMP, who has 21 years of experience in leadership, management, engineering and international relations earned from a career in the U.S. Air Force, and by Anthony Fasano, P.E., who is nationally-recognized as the “Engineering Career Coach” specializing in career growth, development and leadership for engineers, architects and contractors.
