Certificate of Completion

For viewers of the live webcast, a certificate of completion is only available here for the day of the presentation

For viewers of the recorded/archived webcast, you must take a quiz to obtain a certificate of completion. You will need to register or log-in to our Continuing Education website, locate the webcast on our webcast page, view the archive, complete the quiz, and submit your answers. Your quiz answers will be graded automatically. If you answer at least 80 percent of the questions correctly, you can immediately download a certificate of completion and will be awarded 1.0 professional development hour (equivalent to .1 continuing education unit in most states).

NOTE FOR VIEWERS THAT WATCHED (OR PLAN TO WATCH) A LIVE EVENT ON ANOTHER PERSON'S COMPUTER/VIEWERS AS A GROUP:
The registered person must complete and submit the multiple-viewers form for the group of people that view the presentation on one person's computer. We need this information to verify attendance of all viewers – even those that did not register!
