Hard Hat Services acquires Ely Energy to form aether dbs

NAPERVILLE, ILL. — Hard Hat Services (HHS), an industrial environmental engineering and construction management firm headquartered in Naperville, Ill., announced its acquisition of Ely Energy, of Tulsa, Okla. The new combined company, called aether dbs, will offer clients full service design/build solutions and engineered modular systems for air, water, energy, infrastructure, and environmental projects.
