Bio:Jenny Ferman is an accomplished civil engineer specializing in infrastructure project management and workforce development. At Superior Construction, she has successfully led high-impact projects, including the First Coast Expressway and Arlington Expressway Bridge Remediation. Passionate about mentorship and inclusion, Jenny actively advances opportunities for women in construction through Superior’s SWiC program and industry outreach. Her leadership and technical skills consistently drive project success and community impact. 

Projects & Accomplishments: First Coast Expressway Project – Key Team Member; Arlington Expressway Bridge Remediation – Acting Project Manager; SR9 Forest Street Rehabilitation – Acting Project Manager; Pioneered UHPC use in Superior’s Southeast unit; Mentor and Steering Committee Member for SWiC (Superior Women in Construction).
