Joe Lauk is a principal with PGA as well as the Roadway Group Manager. As the 15th employee of the company, he contributed significantly to PGA’s growth from 7 to 82 employees. Joe has successfully led his team to some of the biggest contracts in his firm’s history, including a $12.5M, 5-year General Engineering Consultant contract with FDOT District One. Joe plays an integral role within PGA’s leadership and helping the firm continue to grow while adhering to its founding principles: Integrity, Commitment, Excellence.
