Cooper Allison has been busy early in his career, serving as lead civil designer and project manager for over a hundred different projects. He has also demonstrated his passion for the profession by engaging with clients and building a strong team by mentoring new civil engineers; he now oversees a team of four full-time engineers and two civil technicians. Allison’s mentorship is active, and he encourages his staff to pursue licensure.
