Stuart has more than twelve years of experience in the structural engineering profession. He has assisted with the design, coordination, administration and management of the structural engineering for a diverse spectrum of projects, including new construction, rehabilitation, adaptive reuse, inspection, condition assessment, construction engineering and repair projects covering a wide range of project types and materials including cast in place, precast and post tensioned concrete, structural steel, cold formed metal framing, masonry, and timber. Since 2007, Stuart has been involved with more than 339 individual projects and is licensed in 11 states.
