RLG Consulting Engineers, a Dallas-based civil, structural, surveying and forensic engineering firm, named Stuart Markussen, P.E., to become the company’s next president and CEO. He succeeds David Goodson, P.E., who will transition out of those two roles and remain as the company's chairman.
