JQ Engineering provided civil engineering services for the new Toyota Music Factory in Irving, Texas. More than 50 companies and consultants were involved in the successful completion of the new entertainment complex, featuring a Live Nation Pavilion with an 8,000-seat capacity, popular retail shops and restaurants, and a 100,000-square-foot office tower.
