WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff launches Green Scene blog

New York — WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff launched Green Scene (https://us.wsp-pb.com/blogs/green-scene), a blog dedicated to the latest trends, topics and news on all things associated with water, sustainability and the environment.

“Green Scene provides a forum for discussion and thought leadership from experts involved with water, sustainability and environmental issues on a daily basis,” said Steve Paquette, president, U.S. Water and Environment Sector. “The blog presents a commentary on current trends and regulations which will comprise a useful resource for our clients and employees.”

Initial posts are centered on the following subjects:

  • moving toward a one energy future,
  • top five sustainability trends to watch in 2017,
  • how OEM’s can achieve supply chain transparency for product compliance,
  • an introduction to green power procurement, and
  • how to navigate the GHG Protocol Scope 2 Guidance.

Future blog posts will cover a broad range of topics related to climate resiliency, GHG management, sustainability strategy, sustainable energy, product compliance, life cycle assessment, water and wastewater, site remediation and investigation, health and safety, acoustics, vibration, and air quality, and environmental auditing and compliance.

“We are promoting Green Scene to our clients and the public and welcome feedback on our timely posts,” Paquette said. “Individuals can subscribe to the blog and will receive emails each time a new blog entry has been posted.”
