TrueLook unveils robotic 4K pan-tilt-zoom construction site camera

Winston-Salem, N.C. — TrueLook announced its new 4K pan-tilt-zoom camera technology, which is the latest in a series of advancements the company has made this year.

“The main benefit of our new 4K PTZ robotic camera is it offers customers an even higher resolution and level of mobility than previously available,” said Ken Pittman, chief marketing officer for TrueLook. “The construction industry is constantly adapting and growing. TrueLook customers look to us to offer the best and most up-to-date options, and that’s what we’re doing.”

Features of the 4K PTZ camera include:

  • Better images: The new camera has an Ultra HD 4K resolution, which is four times higher than the older 1080p model.
  • Increased mobility: The camera can easily switch between regular 120v power and solar power. This means the customer doesn’t have to reconfigure the camera if it’s moved to a different location.

“This has been a year of progress and innovation for us, with quality products and customer service at the heart of every decision we make, including the decision to create our new 4K PTZ camera,” Pittman said. “Last month, we offered a movie-making tool for creating time-lapse videos and throughout the year, we’ve integrated with some major platforms in the construction industry, making site management even more effective. Our mindset has been, and will continue to be, focused on how to find ways to add value to our customers.”
