Stantec was selected to lead environmental assessment for the Skipjack Wind Farm, an offshore wind project being developed by Deepwater Wind off the coast of Maryland.
The Mobile Bay National Estuary Program selected the Stantec team to provide planning, design, and engineering services for restoration of approximately 1,300 linear feet of degraded stream in the headwaters of Twelve Mile Creek.
Stantec worked with 16 cities, counties, and regional organizations across the U.S. to secure $5.8 million in brownfield federal funding through the Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) Assessment, Revolving Loan Fund, and Cleanup Grants.

Louisiana’s Coastal Protection and Restoration Authority (CPRA) selected the Stantec Team to provide engineering, geotechnical, surveying, and other technical services for the Mid-Breton Sediment Diversion project. This project is part of the Mississippi River Mid-Basin Sediment Diversion Program, which also includes the proposed Mid-Barataria Sediment Diversion.
The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Transport awarded Stantec and partner Engineering and Research International (ERI) the inspection and evaluation of all 6,000 bridges and structures for their national highway system.
The Hillsborough Area Regional Transit Authority (HART) selected the Stantec/Coast Autonomous team to provide Autonomous Mobility Services for the Marion Street Transitway. This project includes the first deployment of shared automated vehicles (SAV) by a US transit agency that will function in an open environment with live and mixed traffic.
The US 17 Median Highway Improvements project received an Engineering Excellence in Transportation Award from the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC) South Carolina Chapter.
Stantec, and partners EcoGro/Ridgewater were honored for restoring Kentucky’s most popular fishing attraction with an Engineering Excellence Award from the American Council of Engineers of Kentucky.
