Spalding DeDecker Associates acquires Coyle Engineering Inc.

 ROCHESTER HILLS, MICH. — Spalding DeDecker Associates Inc., a regional civil engineering, landscape architectural, and surveying firm, acquired Coyle Engineering Inc. of San Antonio, Texas. Coyle Engineering Inc. will become Coyle•SDA.

Both professional engineering firms offer services to a wide variety of client types. Established in 1995, Coyle Engineering Inc. serves the San Antonio Metropolitan Area, the Hill Country, and South and Central Texas. SDA is headquartered in Michigan, with offices in Rochester Hills, Detroit, Livonia, and Monroe, as well as Cleveland, Ohio.

Coyle•SDA will continue to serve its client base from an office on Old Dietz Elkhorn in Northwest Bexar County, and Beth G. Coyle will remain in her current capacity as CEO of the firm as will H. Michael Coyle, Jr., P.E., remain president.
