Presentation addresses BIM benefits

SAN FRANCISCO—Nicolas Mangon, structural product line manager, Autodesk AEC Solutions, will speak on the topic, "Building Information Modeling (BIM): Catalyst to Process Change," at the 2007 Structural Engineers’ Building Conference & Expo, Oct. 10-11, in San Francisco. With more than 16 years of experience providing Information Technology solutions to a variety of organizations in Europe and North America, Mangon serves as Autodesk’s evangelist for BIM in the structural space. In his session, he will address the opportunities and benefits of building information modeling for structural engineers. The presentation is scheduled at 1:00 p.m., Thursday, Oct. 11.
