Parsons Brinckerhoff expands presence in Canada

TORONTO, ONTARIO, CANADA — Parsons Brinckerhoff has announced the expansion of its operations in Canada and will co-locate with Balfour Beatty Capital.

Both companies are part of Balfour Beatty plc, a century-old international professional services, construction services, support services and infrastructure investment group headquartered in London.
