Manhard acquires Tamarack Consulting

Vernon Hills, Ill. — Manhard Consulting acquired Tamarack Consulting, LLC., a Denver-based civil engineering firm that specializes in oil and gas, Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and Colorado special districts.

The acquisition of Tamarack Consulting complements Manhard’s overall civil engineering offerings, specifically expanding Manhard’s oil and gas services for regulatory permitting, land survey for right-of-way acquisition and machine control, as well as water storage and transport systems.  With enhanced GIS services, Manhard strengthens its ability to collaborate with its clients to make informed decisions and avoid unforeseen circumstances throughout all phases of infrastructure and land development projects.  With the depth of Tamarack’s special districts capabilities, Manhard is now even better positioned to offer planning, design and construction management services to Colorado’s schools, parks and recreation, fire protection, water and sanitation, and metropolitan districts.

Tamarack Consulting will now be a division of Manhard Consulting and operate out of offices in Lakewood and Greeley, Colorado. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
