Lehigh University celebrates the Fritz Engineering Laboratory centennial

BETHLEHEM, Pa. — “The laboratory that John Fritz built" created a major academic and research center, became an ASCE historic landmark, and launched thousands of civil engineering careers. Please join current facility and staff from Thurs., Oct. 22 – Sat., Oct. 24 to celebrate the past and consider the next 100 years of civil and environmental engineering at Lehigh. Events include presentations, tours, symposiums, and a design charrette. Esteemed speakers include: History Department Chair Stephen H. Cutcliffe; Mark Sarkisian of SOM; Kathy Caldwell of ASCE; Department Chair Stephen Pessiki. Please register by Friday, October 16.
