NATICK, Mass.—The third annual Best Firm To Work For Summit, to be held Sept. 28-29, 2006, at the Swissotel in Chicago, is designed to help engineering firm leaders learn the essential elements for attracting and retaining the best employees to maintain the firm’s continuing growth and success. The 2006 Best Firm to Work For Summit will focus on the physical and the cultural environment of the workplace, employee compensation and benefits, the organizational structure of the firm, and best practices in AEC firm management.

This year’s featured speakers include Robert Brustlin, president and CEO of Vanasse Hangen Brustlin, Inc.; Kirk Bobo, FAIA, principal and co-founding partner of Hnedak Bobo Group, Inc.; and Glenn R. Bell, P.E., S.E., CEO of Simpson Gumpertz & Heger Inc. An Annual Awards Reception will honor the 2006 winners of the Best Civil Engineering Firms To Work For Contest, sponsored by CE News.
