ICC code development process change – more

As of March 30, 2009:

The International Code Council (ICC) hosted a Town Hall Meeting on March 22, 2009 during their 2009 Codes Forum in New Orleans. Proposed changes to the Code Council By-Laws and revisions to the Code Development Process were the main topics discussed.
