Horner & Shifrin opens Springfield, Mo., office

SPRINGFIELD, MO. — Horner & Shifrin, Inc., has opened a new regional office in Springfield, Mo.

Kevin C. Skibiski, P.E., S.E., PLS, associate vice president and office manager, will be responsible for all projects undertaken by the office, as well as for sales and marketing efforts. Kevin has a BS and MS degree in civil engineering and is a registered professional engineer in 40 states, as well as a registered professional land surveyor in Missouri. Kevin is a member of the Missouri board for architects, professional engineers, professional land surveyors, and landscape architects.

“The strategic location of our Springfield office, staffed by a civil engineer and a technician from the area, will allow us to better serve and grow our Southwest Missouri client base,” said President William P. Clarke.
