First Capital Engineering selected as Business of the Year finalist

YORK, PA. — First Capital Engineering, Inc. (FCE), has been chosen as a finalist in the Central Penn Business Journal’s 2010 Business of the Year Award, 1-50 employees category.

Criteria for the 2010 Business of the Year Awards was based on leadership, innovation, success, and the growth and development of both employees and the community. Collectively, FCE’s team members have dedicated their time and talents to nearly 25 organizations.

“It was such an honor to be chosen as one of the finalists for this award. We are so proud of the hard work and dedication our team members put in every day at First Capital Engineering,” said Ann K. Luciani, chief executive officer.

FCE will attend the 2010 Business of the Year Awards gala on Nov. 1, 2010, where finalists will be honored and winners announced. Other award categories include: Business of the Year, 51-100 employees; Business of the Year, 101 or more employees; Emerging Business of the Year; Executive of the Year; and Corporate Citizen of the Year. Three individuals will be inducted into the Central Penn Business Hall of Fame at the ceremony.

FCE was named one of the Best Places to Work in Pennsylvania in 2009.
