Conference goal is to create better workplaces

CHICAGO—The third annual Best Firm To Work For Summit, to be held Sept. 28-29, 2006, at the Swissotel in Chicago, is designed to help engineering firm leaders learn the essential elements for attracting and retaining the best employees in order to maintain the firm’s continuing growth and success. The 2006 Best Firm to Work For Summit is a two-day event that will focus on the physical and the cultural environment of the workplace, employee compensation and benefits, the organizational structure of the firm, and best practices in AEC firm management.
