Terracon acquires RGA Environmental

Olathe, Kan. — Terracon Consultants, Inc. acquired RGA Environmental, Inc. for an undisclosed price. The newly acquired firm is based in Emeryville, Calif. This is the second acquisition in California for Terracon this year.

Established in 1985, RGA Environmental provides hazardous materials, industrial hygiene, safety, emergency response, litigation, and environmental construction management services to public and private sector clients. The firm has additional offices located in Irvine, Calif., and Seattle, Wash.

The company will continue to operate as RGA Environmental, A Terracon Company. Terracon is retaining RGA’s 65 employees.
