Leadership is all about bucking trends and swimming upstream when the pack is going downstream. Thats what we think our new magazine is really all about. We applaud the courageous engineers who break new ground and do things differently better, faster, cheaper, more aesthetically pleasing, longer-lasting in short, those who advance their profession. We want to do the same thing.
Stronger together than separate
The level of study and professional requirements for an engineer is similar to that of a doctor or lawyer, yet we have always lagged in public perception. It takes a deliberate and significant effort to combat this and elevate our profession to the level of prestige it needs to be sustainable.
