ARTBA: Decision to exempt NWP program help speed delivery of transportation projects

A Feb. 8 decision by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to exempt the Nationwide Permit (NWP) program from a Jan. 20 Executive Order freezing regulatory activity by federal agencies will help speed the delivery of transportation projects, the American Road & Transportation Builders Association (ARTBA) says.
