Amtrak releases Request for Qualifications for Baltimore Penn Station Master Developer

Amtrak has taken the next step toward a comprehensive redevelopment of Baltimore Penn Station and adjacent properties by releasing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) seeking a Master Developer partnership.

Amtrak is seeking interested parties capable of all aspects of project delivery including master planning, design, construction, financing, operation and maintenance of non-rail assets, as well as expansion opportunities and commercial development of surrounding Amtrak owned properties.

Statements of Qualifications are due October 3. The RFQ can be downloaded from Amtrak's Procurement Portal at https://procurement.amtrak.com.
