New York — WSG Systems Corp. (WSG) released a new version of its cloud-based Empire SUITE professional services automation software. The update introduces Empire WORKFLOW 1.0, the first workflow solution designed from inception with resource scheduling integrated to help firms work more efficiently and deliver better results.  Empire WORKFLOW also features automated re-scheduling of activities based on what is actually occurring (e.g., schedule changes, late starts, or early finishes).

In addition to Empire WORKFLOW 1.0, WSG has added features for Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and resource scheduling such as improved opportunity management and additional scheduling views. Other enhancements include upgraded dashboard capabilities, tax jurisdiction and multiple company support. The full Empire SUITE includes Empire TIME, Empire MOBILE, Empire RESOURCE, Empire PROJECT and Empire CALENDAR.
